Jaggy' Gold Support plan is designed for organizations that have decided to outsource their Oracle DBA, Oracle Apps DBA, Fusion Middleware, SAP, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft management requirements in order to minimize cost and streamline operations.

Gold expands on offering a complete environment Health Check - a proven way to ensure implementation adheres to vendor's recommended best practices. Jaggy senior consultants will assess all aspects of your supported system, including Operating System (OS) and software, patches and security updates applied and provide a Health Status report to include recommendations and action plan.

Jaggy consultants will validate your backup and recovery procedures to ensure there are adequate contingency options to safeguard your data. In addition, we will review Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) and Disaster Recovery plans.

Our online support Portal provides 24x7 access to the status of your support requests along with automated e-mail notifications informing you of progress and updates.
